FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2009
VARIETY: 100% Merlot
VINEYARD POSITION: hills located in Tagliuno di Castelli Calepio (BG) 250mt sea level
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Guyot
PLANT DENSITY: 4.500 vines per hectare
YIELD PER HECTARE: 600/700 kilograms of grapes per hectare
SOIL: clayey with rocks substratum
VINEYARD AGE: 8 years 
WINEMAKING:  harvested by hand in small crates, soft stemming-crushing after a short maceration. Cold static decantation. Fermentation in temperature-controlled  between 16° and 18° C.
REFINEMENT: on the noble lees, with frequent battonage. Bottling and 1 month refinement in bottle before commercialization.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
